I have been following all of the litigation re ENZC in the Federal Courts. I have a subscription to PACER. This gives you real time access to filings, orders and decissions. It appears that the case, Mergenthaler vs ENZC is finished. ENZC failed to issue there mandated response to a Judicial Order To Show Cause in a timely manner. Thus Mergenthaldr will receive his 10,000,000 shares and may also include damages.
IMO this should have been settled several years ago. Seeing that ENZC would be indemnified by an insurancw carrier for these shares. If ENZC would have settled when the sharea qwere in the twenties they would have realized twwo plus million badly neede dollars/ Now for their delay they will receive less than half .
