Yes. Do you know what a dilution scam is? This is classic. Use CBD as bait to sell billions of shares. That never ends and why still in this range for years. They are selling billions of new shares. Shorting is not the problem. Owners got rich shareholders screwed. Even when this had volume days of 1 to 2 billion. Did not move because of the dilution.
