I have written the ceo and sent my opinion by priority mail.. in my opinion Only.. a division of devmar could be one that would build smaller homes in Florida .. that are hurricane proof.. there is technology that produces homes that can withstand category 5 hurricane winds.. these homes would also lower insurance rates.. again .. Only my opinion.. because they would be much more protected in a hurricane.. they can be priced at $75,000 to 125,000 k .. appealing to a lower income market.. again, jmho..

Dev mar is great.. just needs to expand.. in my opinion only.. lastly.. devmar could build 10k to 200k homes that are hurricane proof as well.. appeal to all budgets…
