$DMAN had a LOT going for it then with the
@Lucky_Chief
RM. They traded that for significant uncertainty, vague SS, & very suspect mgmt/owners. They are trying to figure out how to prove "this time is diff." LOT of overhang.

@ Lucky Chief / DMAM proforma was absurd as well, there was no eEBITDA 2021 of $ 25 million , bogus . There revenues were less than $ 150 k believe from filings .
@ they did a press release to show they working on things by showing they bought a few grinder jars , absurd !
@ Lucky Chief had no mgmt / owners in place except for CEO per se
@ new Andy company that came in is a START UP as well !
@ market valuation is based on absurd . New entities , contracts within those entities . Over $ 200 million as per filings needed to execute phases of revenues.
