The one thing that I think we all need more info on is the NASDAQ up-list. My personal concern is how many more (potential) shares are going to be diluted for these acquisitions? Or would they take on more debt (rates are going up, not down, so borrowing is more expensive).
If they are going to dilute more, how does that help up-list? It doesn’t. Also, R/S is obviously on the table. Would SING issue some type off buy back or would top officers potentially purchase shares on the open market? This would be a HUGE confidence boost. They would need to buy millions so an announcement of 100k shares would be embarrassing. Interested in what happens in the H2. Let’s go SING!
