(Nasdaq: SURG) (“SurgePays” or the “Company”), a technology and telecommunications company focused on the underbanked and underserved, announces it exceeded 150,000 subscribers in its mobile broadband subscriber business SurgePhone Wireless LLC (“SurgePhone”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
