Let's imagine that we could go back in time to SNO 2020 and we presented the same presentation that was presented at NYAS there. The official TLD statement was also issued back then, and clinical trials was updated.

In the nearly two years since then the company could speak, but what they had to say is, we're working with the regulators on accepting the FlaskWorks units for commercial production so that we can apply for approval.

The real question is, would we be better off than we are today?

I certainly think that we may have seen higher highs, but without a Journal, which we didn't push for, or any real news on the acceptance of our production facilities, would we be better off, and especially would we be better of then we expect to be when we get the Journal.

I think it's clear that every trial, or even every successful trial doesn't result in Journal publication, it's not mandatory to gain approval. It should also be clear that all the regulators demand to see how products are to be commercially produced. Knowing of the development of FlaskWorks, I would question if any of the regulators would be satisfied with hundreds or thousands of cleanrooms being the production source.

I suspect if the above occurred we'd probably be selling for more than we are today, but I seriously question if we'd be selling for more than we will be after the Journal and official TLD statement are finally issued.
