HPNN is basically insolvent, and can not pay ANY of its obligations.
Can't run his scammy HPNN and digitalnothing from prison.
Petey even has to go to court to explain all of his and HPNN and Petey's private company (not a HPNN subsidiary) digitalage ownership, all his assets disclosed, and how he is paying his bills (or not paying them).
HPNN and Petey owe $9 million to one person.....and that debt does not go away.
Petey also has a number of liens on assets naming him and HPNN. Could be a forced bankruptcy. unfortunately, if the obligations were a result of his fraud, neither Petey or HPNN will get protection by bankruptcy.
