I'm not interested in anything out of Gundry's mouth.

As I stated in a previous post, several sources have discounted both his books and research and that comes from the medical/scientific community.


"Steven got popular for his opinion on lectins, which is a plant protein. He claims that lectins cause major inflammation which is the cause of a majority of commonly found modern diseases. However, this is simply not true.

Real scientists & dietitians have called Gundry’s statement a “pathetic call for attention”.

Let's move on here...I sincerely hope that you're not one of those people that thinks because it's on the internet it must be true types..lol

Gundry is a quack and a marketer....He is not a scientist...and his books lack foundational scientific information while at the same time he glosses over any research that flies in the face of his own lame assertions.

I'm not interested in the man or his so called research...He's all about making $$$$ first and foremost just like Mercola and OZ...all shysters.
