I noticed awhile back that they added 2,944,236 shares to the outstanding share count somtime after April 27th. I know this because the Night Stalker on Investors hub message board used to post the share structure constantly. His last update was April 27th. Then a short time after the new Shares were added. I believe it was the first week of May. I say this because the two Infrastructure Grant opportunities were posted on May 2nd and started accepting applications. ATAO could have added those shares to help pay for a grant writer. Federal grant writing fees can be as high as $8,000 - $10,000 per grant, depending on the grant requirements. Just one more coincidence to add to all the other ones. This is just my guess. I'm hoping that we will find out what those shares were used for in the upcoming 10K. But man these things keep fitting together good with this company and Infrastructure Grant funding don't they.
