I think reading Eddie Vakser's own words from his emails to his victim / defendant (Mezey) that are on file with the court is crucial. Vakser talks about the 12 million he pocketed from Benny Kaplan (a toxic investor) and of paying Mezey several hundred thousand of Superstar Management Group. So, the obvious conclusion is that the lawsuit is frivolous and that Eddie Vakser is desperate to silence his legitimate critics.

I look at it this way. None of this (the 7 current tickers and boatloads of other Vakser scams) is real. Vakser went to the arts magnet in Dallas, TX and then enrolled at the University of North Texas as a music major (guitar.) No surprise that he bombed out and didn't finish. UNT is one of the top music schools in the nation. The program is incredibly challenging and cutthroat. Vakser couldn't hack it. Vakser has no legitimate business education or training it appears. No Vakser company has had any sustainable real business operations that we can look at to establish any kind of track record other than abysmal failure after abysmal failure. No real product or service became well established and flourished in the real world marketplace. It is all talk, pretty pictures and pure fantasy with Vakser's scams.
