So HPNN confirms - no funding

Apparently Scottsdale (not a good reputation BTW) will only help with toxic death spiral convertibles at significant discounts to the share price. As the share price drops with dilution, even more shares will be required to be issued and then immediately dumped to lock-in their profits.

Massive dilution coming, then a reverse split.
The CEO lied to his investors once again, when he claimed no dilution would be happening recently.

CEO Petey may resign as soon as next week, possibly before his Trial date for his 5 new serious felonies on July 15th. He knows he can't run his fraud and scam when he is in prison for the felonies, especially since he is a repeated felonious offender who also is best-known for beating women and children.
