It’s the same as I have been posting for a year? Hasn’t changed….

QT…aggressive rate hikes…less liquidity sloshing around….. risk off environment …..cost of capital has gotten more expensive…. the credit market tightens (god forbid it gets frozen like 2008) ….the risk on plays will see less inflows of money

The filing (if I read correctly?) does not say they are selling shares but now 72 million available if need be. Makes sense from a macro view with all the above I listed…
