HUNTSVILLE, AL / ACCESSWIRE / July 6, 2022 / Information Security and Training, LLC (IST) today announced its acquisition by TPT Global Tech to merge with the company's publicly traded subsidiary TPT Strategic (OTCBB:INOQ). IST, LLC www.istincs.com is a general construction and IT company with over $11.9M in executed government contracts. Headquartered in Huntsville, AL, IST has branch offices in Nashville, Birmingham, Jackson, Fort Campbell, New Orleans, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Acquisition Details

The IST/TPT Strategic acquisition is an all-stock transaction where the Founder, President and CEO of IST, Mr. Everett Lanier, will receive 2,000,000 shares of TPT Strategic and named President along with serving on the Board of Directors. IST will become a wholly owned subsidiary of TPT Strategic which will consolidate its financial statements up to its parent company TPT Global Tech. TPT Strategic is the new Real Estate Construction Technology and Smart City Development Division of TPT Global Tech. The company also believes there are many cross-pollination business opportunities that will help TPT Global Tech with its long-term corporate objectives. IST has a full-time government procurement team that will dedicate resources to secure state and federal contracts for TPT Global Tech's other divisions or capabilities such as 5G Telecommunication, IT, Data, Satellite Technology, Medical Technology, Media, Defense Systems, Cyber Security, Infrastructure Building and utilizing Ultra Performance Concrete Technology.

Everett Lanier earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Alabama A&M University. Mr. Lanier has over 22 years of IT experience and 25 years in construction and engineering. Inspired by his family of engineers and construction builders, Mr. Lanier launched IST as a specialized builder of custom homes. After thriving for 13 years in the residential market, IST transitioned into the federal sector. His resume includes program management, business development, capture management and project engineering. Mr. Lanier possesses a broad knowledge of business operations and program matrix management experience.
