Wrong. You said it was "truth". It's right there in the fourth sentence of your first post in this thread. You are not entitled to define words however you wish.

Wrong again. Not only did you say that "Lp to be zeroed and not converted. Return of excess money to be used toward recap of companies. Let's make this official because it is the truth." (calling an opinion a fact), you also said:

That is factually incorrect. The Supreme Court DID "bless" the NWS because they said it was an action by FHFA that was authorized by HERA. And you can't weasel out of this by claiming that you didn't mean "bless" in this way. The NWS was challenged in court and the Supreme Court said it was authorized by statute. That's as much of a "blessing" as the Supreme Court could possibly give to the NWS at this point. Again, you don't get to define what words mean.

In order to credibly claim that only opinions are being said, make sure everything is actually an opinion.
