Those shares were bought by NILE last Thursday & Friday, not today. And I wouldn't pay too much attention to people pumping on Twitter. Obviously you can't believe everything (anything?) you read on there.

MICS does not have a 61% short interest. It's almost impossible to find short shares and that's been the case since MICS moved to Nasdaq. Plus I don't know why anyone would be short a single share with NILE buying up the float. That's a suicide mission on the short side.
