JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

That was the only reason I kept adding to my position the last 2-3 years...the potential of JBZY to explode because of it's share structure, no debt and the fact that it was not the typical bloated, debt ridden OTC POS! And then, the news that came out last year of the criminal case against the JBZY insiders! My big concern now is that the shell might be tainted, black listed, ruined or just plain old worthless and might be circling the drain to soon become gone forever....a total loss to all shareholders. I can't tell you how thoroughly disappointed I'll be if that happens! Also, I fear that at some point it might not even be used as a tax write off if I don't dump it in time...if that time hasn't already passed. If anyone can shed some light on that issue it would be greatly appreciated. GLTA!!!
