It is not just NDTP I am seeing this crazy shit on other OTC stocks too

And the trades are by passing the .0005 bid for 240,000 shares and trading lower at .0003 which is not legal for MM's to be doing.

JP Morgan has some 36 Billion dollars of ETF portfolio shuffling going on today, maybe the computer algos are freaking out, and out of control? Otherwise this is illegal BS the MM's are doing.
