At least George is finally going to do something with it, and of course he is going to want it to be successful. Alternate OTC filer means more lax for new company. There are some alternative filing OTC companies that trade $1000 + in share price. LICT is an OTC non registrant and they trade at $22,800.

Some companies choose to not be SEC registered and are very successful.
