I am not saying anything negative about PNNX as it pertains to BitGift. What I am saying is PNNX ran an evaluation for BitGift in which MONI has now. PNNX even acquired Triple 888 the BitGift Trademark owner in their own 2019 annual filing. The acquisition completed on Oct 15, 2019 with the promise of restricted common shares.

PNNX actually issued share to Triple 888 Will Tynan in 2020

Triple 888 Will Tynan is listed in MONI Filings as a consultant In March of 2019.
