I would hope that everyone knows by now that not releasing TLD yet is NWBO's management choice, it's not prevented by either law or the Journal and easily can be done after a peer reviewed presentation, which occurred in the U.K. this week, and could have been done ages ago had they so chosen.

I believe the Journal is close, and if they can get it before the Annual Meeting great, but if not TLD and the end of the quiet period should occur by the time people can vote on the proxy. NWBO will have a choice of announcing what's occurred during the quiet period once TLD is officially announced, or waiting to discuss it at the Annual Meeting.
