Estimates of LED street lights in use are closer to 30%, not 2%.
VPER is not at ALL established as a reputable vendor in that market or any market they claim to be in. Claiming to be in every "hot" industry doesn't get shareholders anything, especially when there is no meaningful revenue. Remember when they claimed their lights were going to be a big deal in the cannabis industry? How did that work out in that "hot" industry?
OS of 5+ BILLION with another almost 3 BILLION sitting in preferreds which will likely be immune from a reverse split. They can't even spell the name of their "main" product line correctly. Massive red flag when they won't bother to correct that and it's been there for close to 6 months. What government entity or country is going to see that and decide they want to do business with them? At this point, it's ZERO and will likely continue that way.
