Good post wimike.

Just a quick thought. NWBO is not officially in a GENERAL quiet period though, only regarding one narrow but important subject, TLD for DCVax-L’s phase 3 results.

They talk about other subjects related to DCVax-L, like manufacturing or improvements made to Sawston.

But it is, at this time, a single product company, so there is not a lot else to discuss currently. So part of the reason they are so quiet and feel so quiet is that there is not a lot else they can’t discuss much beyond manufacturing. Most other companies are not going to be so regulated and waiting decades before they can get a single product approved for marketing except small, microcap biotechs.

And then also they have been unofficially quiet, but not entirely, but generally, also, because of aggressive shorting whenever they released GOOD news, which that Washington Post article about Adam Feuerstein describes in detail. Every bit of good news, as we saw recently, resulted in an Adam Feuerstein article, as CREW complained to the SEC, and then aggressive shorting based on that extremely negative and false coverage. So no news, even when good is also not entirely surprising when it does not entail news that will improve the bottom line in a big way potentially. They’ve had their wings crimped by Feuerstein and there is not a lot anyone could do for them.

But I hear you. It feels like a general quiet period because of these factors. I believe soon that they will be very visible and loud. All just IMHO.

Hang in there!
