Step 1. Provide a recipe to a co-packer and pay them to make a small batch.
Step 2. Market those products on a few websites to make them seem legit.
Step 3. Release a PR to excite investors and get the dollars rolling in.
Step 4. Laugh all the way to the bank.
Ray Barton manufactured, marketed & sold supplements with zero employees - just him and various CEOs.
Products were available on Amazon, Walgreens.com, vermontcountrystore.com, sears.com and their own website.
Eventually Ray & 4 CEOs were charged with fraud.
