You did that opinion letter thingy based on false financial info so people could remove restrictive legends from their stock and dump.
Now you have increased the preferred share auth 4-fold and increased the common by 3 billion more shares.

Unfortunately, not much buying interest at these high prices to absorb all that will be dumped.
