Just perhaps someone is tired of sitting on dead money waiting for this to pop. There is a shitload of opportunity right now in the OTC market and probably sold to enter those plays. I know I have done so in the past. However after waiting over a year I guess I can wait a little longer as this may finally do something. GLTA
