Weird, man. Dierdre's and CBV's lawyers never pled/pleaded nor mentioned this imaginary separate sale in any of their court filings. Dierdre was aware of the chump coins and GTFOH shekels settlement terms BEFORE and AFTER - which was why she tried to enjoin Billy from settling on those terms.
DEIRDRE also went thru an entire arbitration (with discovery) and we are to bleeve that neither her lawyers nor CBV's lawyers were aware or even thought of a secret separate sale, as they never investigated or pled/pleaded it anywhere - even after discovery in the arbitration.
Reality is a harsh mistress. Butt it is very persistent and eventually has to be accepted.
If there was any slush fund or side deal, it would have been known long ago in the arbitration at a minimum. And CBV's lawyers would have pled/pleaded it in their complaint, even in the blind as a 'based on belief and knowledge' unsupported claim in the complaint.
Yett none did. Nor would MishCON nor any of the 13 participate in a fraud to defraud other parties that had beneficial interests in the settlement, even if just CONtingent innerests.
Ghost stories are ennertaining tho. Butt that wacky hypothesis sailed long ago and the ship sank, before the arbitration was even over. And before the CBV complaint was filed.
