If a company has no debt and no bad paper which CBDD doesn't a RS could be a good thing.

Most of the time in penny land you have so many people holding paper and they would cash out on the RS. CBDD is not that way.

I don't know if or when it will happen, but if it does I see it as a positive. JMO

Our CEO is an expert when it comes to knowing share structure and where we need to be to get intuitional investors buying. He is far more knowledgeable than anyone on this board and has the connections to make it work. They are not going to buy when there is 5.5B shares outstanding, but lower that down and I'll bet they come aboard.
