It's too expensive for them to do so.
So ..now that Wyoming SOS shows $USEI as CURRENT..
$USEI must have a SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT of funds ... through the sale of a portion of SUMCOIN assets.

That's a very SOUND reason for Banks to raise Red Flags. They started doing this much more than before....after the war started.
