FWIW - Dawson James put out an updated report on AVXL back on June 15th (not sure if anyone here already posted it) and reiterated their Buy rating with a $39 price target.

As you can see, their EPS estimates are as follows:
FY2022 earnings at ($0.57) EPS
FY2023 earnings at $0.78 EPS
FY2024 earnings at $15.23 EPS
FY2025 earnings at $19.52 EPS
FY2026 earnings at $19.88 EPS

The trailing 3-year average P/E ratio for biotech companies is just under 19. Based upon their estimates (and maxing out the 100M shares), it appears that a $230+ share price by the end of 2024 would not be of any surprise to them. Nowhere near the $1249 (or $2498) that some here fully expect, but it's a start! hehe
