CRKR -- victim of the waning crypto frenzy. Company may never become viable no matter what their promotional literature asserts. In a self-serving newsletter a company can spin just about any amount of dung into a gourmet meal. When I received their second unsolicited "buy now" material in the mail about 2-3 months ago the stock was $2.70. When I first heard about them late last year the were at around $4.
