I'm always amazed by claims/suggestions like yours. Do you honestly believe Dr. Otiko was just holding things up FOR NOTHING? Could it be there were issues which held things up, out of the control of Dr. Otiko???

This is a small company, operating on a very limited budget...it ain't pfe with nearly a limitless budget to put out PRs!

The other thing, Dr. Otiko puts something out prematurely, then it doesn't happen on the timeline given and BOOM, Dr. Otiko becomes the bad guy again!

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!
