Judge Sweeney is just waiting for the plaintiffs to petition for a "writ of certiorari," I believe she will send an amicus brief not far behind.

Although, she was not the judge who finished up the case in COFC. Her years of work on the case, and the fact they probably spent like a day writing that opinion at the USCOA.

She is the only person in the world, who has seen the documents marked "Presidential Privilege" outside the perpetrator's. She was slow, but she talked the talk to the government and walked the walk. Ruled against them many times.

This is just a few notions I've had lately. I believe she will do something. She came out of retirement and got her baby back.
