I'm always glad to get an update. This one is interesting and I hope encouraging to the market. Getting the price up is necessary for less dilution (as the fixed price is likely to be lowered to market levels otherwise).

Unfortunately, regular updates are necessary to keep the stock price up in the OTC world when the execution isn't obvious. It's just the way it is as the risk is so high in penny-land that most investors simply aren't 'hold-forever' types..and they lose interest very quickly which affects the day to day stock price. If short term types are the main ones buying or selling on any given day, they control the price far more than the long termers who already have all they want. We've GOT to see execution that surprises us on the positive side.

I will say that his comments about execution and debt being responsible for the move from .0003 to .04 is unfortunately completely wrong IMO. The incredible increase in price came for one reason only:

Several Prs compelled some big traders in low-price penny stocks to pump this and pump it hard - and it worked because the Prs led many to believe that very large revenues (ie millions) were coming via thousands of radio stations going commercial with Soundstr in the coming months. One of the Prs indicated that the market was massive. Another quoted Zach as saying that commercial adoption of Soundstr by the radio stations would be a 'no brainer'.

That said, they have done some good things, which has taken a lot longer than expected. And I do agree with his comments about dilution -- the fixed price arrangement is FAR better than convertible debt. Kudo's to Zach and Jock for making that happen. But Soundstr was the original impetus and the continued lack of follow through and communication about Soundstr is the reason the price continued to decline month after months, with a few upward blips along the way.

I'm glad he has given a new update on Soundstr. Now the message is that it is highly complex and commercial adoption takes a lot of work and time. The message about slow adoption is very different than the 'no brainer' and 400 warehouse video that caused the price to go nuts a couple of years ago.. Very odd.

But it's a fiery and passionate message and he definitely comes across as sincere...it's just hard to square things overall but I'm still here because even though things seem to be taking forever -- especially with Soundstr -- I do think they are committed and surely must be making progress on a number of fronts, though the evidence is sorely lacking with regard to Soundstr.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
