Blame_game... here_come the_BS excuses_from Ministry of Anti-Mining
as to why the Anti-Mining Minister was caught totally off-guard to the possibility focking pissed-off rank & file FTC union miners would strike nationwide against cash cow Codelco.

#1. Nobody from Codelco filled out a mining business memorandum in triplicate and had it notarized by 2 different notaries officially informing us (ie us in our Mining Ministry's plush air-conditioned modern richly-furnished golden tower office) that US$32,140,000,000-in-debt Codelco was going to jump at the first chance at dumping this very old money-losing air-polluting very-high-maintenance Ventanas copper smelting facility and forcing the real "hands on" copper mining gringo/Whitey companies to line-up further "cheaper" refining (gladly) in the offshore end-user countries thereby driving the price of copper ore down inside Chile and creating thousands of new good-paying jobs in China "upstream" for cheap-cheap Chinese national workers whilst killing union jobs here in Chile for our rank & file miners making inflated top dollar... and we were too stupid to figure out this normal unfolding sequence of events 2 or 3 weeks ago would even happen since we are not smart miners but rather greedy slimy politicians at heart only worrying about our own asses and running for president in 2025 after naive/gullible/amateur Boric gets shot down in flames.
#2. The Ministry of Anti-Mining is too busy working on getting lesbos/dykes from "our team" hired on cushy high-paying make-work jobs inside mining companies looking to placate our "hire a new lezzy employment program" to even worry about yucky dirty copper related supply/processing problems... geez, if it is so important then let Willy Kracht worry about shit like this.
#3. We in the Ministry of Anti-Mining are not pro-active problem solvers "looking 2 steps ahead" to solve Codelco's problems/shortcomings. We make excuses and delay making critical decisions until the shit finally hits the fan and explodes in everyone's face like this Codelco strike later this week... once the shit hits the fan then we'll get off our fat lazy beaner asses and react. The first reaction we will perform now is to have more discussions... we are real good at discussions and coordinating. We lesbos/dykes are real good at discussions and coordinating... we are not so good at picking up a shovel or even a pencil and actually working though.

Sincerely,

The Ministry of Anti-Mining
