Possibly. They are still a ways off from approvals. They don't have much cash, so they are going to have to dilute pretty soon and depending on how their approvals go, there could be a reverse split before anything gets approved. IF anything gets approved.
Microcap bios aren't getting much love from anybody with the market the way it is.
I think it was an easy short for a lot of people. Until they make a submission, I don't see much happening. Even then, it'll be months before approval.
