The Company is presently conducting a search of potential candidates for the position of CEO. Such candidates must possess an extensive knowledge and experience, at a senior level, of cellular connectivity, operations and related business, and be prepared to work with the new team of Company Directors in the development and launch of a new, patented, streetlight retrofit product to host micro cellular devices to off load traffic from main cellular towers (in other words, a local cellular tower in a light pole), as well as working to launch additional new communications processes and products planned for later this year.
