Yes, I was wrong.

Too late when I read and posted that and I missed two critical things.

And when I looked at the application, I did not see the highlighted link, “all inventors”. Maybe wasn’t there maybe overlooked.

But one bit of information I really overlooked was, “Utility under 35 US 1118”. That was the Privetera signed off form 3rd form.

That is a patent holder accepting additional people to be named to the patent.

Like I said, I saw the woods, but I didn’t notice the trees in the woods.
