Are "They" the ones who were yelling "LOWER LOWS" when BIEL had already bottomed out at .000535 and started its rise to the current .0012 ?

Are "They" the ones who were "Speculating" that "BIEL could also remain stagnant for another 10 years"?

Are "They" the ones who said "Next week we will see .0004"?

Now "They are running this up to drop it". There are always Day Traders who will ride a hot stock for a few hours or a few days and then Sell, happy to make 10 or 20%.

BIEL's SP has more than doubled since the .000535 Closing Price on 5/23. Today's 7 to 1 Buy/Sell ratio tells "FACTS NOT FICTION", this 3 week rally is still going strong.
