There is also a knowledge(read understanding ) GAP. If you have ever been in a situation of technical leadership where you are wasting your time (talking to the wall) ? In an environment where the top politics and influence process are , "Just not READY to listen and GET IT". IMO, we may be in a political/social no mans land where the Amyloid Plaque crew are still smarting from getting their axx kicked and they are JUST NOT READY to hand over the keys yet to the next new driver.

So,, what cam they do? They drag their feet-slow walk the processes required .

I am guessing but IMO, we have been pushing the envelope (even though we do it a subtle manner. FDA leadership has to find a way to save their positions in CNS medicine, after just being told that dementia is the single biggest killer.

IMO, if AVXL were the gate keeper here we would have already scored.
