Delta 8 comes from Hemp and dont quote me on this but my understanding is the Farm Bill that was passed I want to say around 2018 that passed ... they just change a molecule or something and the rise of Delta 8 was born and legal because it does not contain more than 0.3% of THC. But some States have subsequently banned it.

It has been described compared to Delta 9 as the "Lite" version or by some as Delta 9 without the paranoia lol. Everyones experience is different but I take Delta 8 and it gives you a body feeling unlike CBD and supposedly taking it with CBD makes it work better. I enjoy it but you have to be careful with edibles. Took too much once and I can tell you hours later I was still in the clouds. Start small and find the right amount that works for you.
