I agree that they will not issue more shares at these prices. I would vote for them to authorize a rise in share count, but only because I believe they will not issue the shares until they were more in control of their narrative. Despite owning quite a bit of shares, my dilution is nothing compared to LP et al's dilution. I do believe they will do what is best for shareholders as they are the biggest shareholders.
