Last time Petey thought he was going to prison for a felony, he resigned, but remained chairman.
This time, it is 5 serious felonies. He already has 3 felony convictions.
Since he is the only officer/director of Hop-On and Hop-On owns no part of digitalage, it will be forced bankruptcy, because Hop-On can no longer pay its obligations. Investors will end up with nothing, unless they sell before he goes to prison, IMO.
