Wrong - it takes 2 years on average for the SEC to complete an investigation and nearly 3 years on average in the specific case of financial fraud. As proven there:

So we are before these averages. Plus the SEC hammer could be imminent.

The SEC is working, and it won’t be pretty for Cytodyn and its insiders.

Who wants to sleep with shares threatened to be hammered by the SEC anytime?

On the other side, if Cytodyn were innocent, the « easy case » (where the SEC quickly realizes there is nothing significant to investigate) would have already been sorted out by the SEC and the investigation would be closed. Guess what - that didn’t happen.
