What's truly disingenuous about your response is the overwhelming excitement in the crypto community of "The Merge" ( ETH 2.0) that is happening over the course of this summer. With our name / ticker change and move into an NFT company, the timing of Sharp's merger here couldn't be better.

You're correct. Could be. Highly unlikely though. And what has transpired with the Calasse share offering in conjunction with the forward split would be indicative of a company with a market cap that far exceeds that of a "start up".
Your speculation is "glass half empty". Mine is "glass half full." Based on your logic it COULD be Wax, Open Sea, Dapper, etc.
