This is significant. We're more than likely not dealing with a "start up" and what potentially could happen. The books of the incoming company will tell the tale and the pps here will quickly rise to that company's fair valuation. I'm speculating that the pps of the incoming company will likely rise in the future as it's market cap increases based upon ethereum's short and long term price projections. I'm planning on keeping a chunk of shares tucked away for when that happens.
