Thanks HD, the PR language from the CEO here sounds a little weak and not so confident:

RSI has been dropping all day since PR.

DS Chang, CEO of Phoenix said "This acquisition, if completed, represents a move towards Westernizing Phoenix with new acquisitions that offer a substantial possibility of incredible growth of the company and its stake holders"

I’m sure you have done your DD, and seems possible but maybe a little more risky and not as easy to double. What am I missing?
