The main thing is the rm will change things to the positive.. I talked to the ceo about it. He could not say much( obvious) .. I do think the common shares will not be affected. I think mr Carnes will bring a great private co.. into the shell.. and the rm’s I have seen .. not all.. but most have high share counts.. some into billions.. I am holding for the reverse merger& hopefully after that for long term!!!
