Form 10/ 12G/A May 17, 2022 ( 3rd Amendment said it was a shell).
"The Company can currently be defined as a “shell” company, whose sole purpose at this time is to locate and consummate a merger or acquisition with a private entity"

So it had to be fixed on this 10Q/A dated May 25, 2022. This reverse merger is really big . They need more lawyers, auditors , etc. to check all these business that are coming into TGGI.
