You can learn a great deal about company management by observing what they do, or in this case, they do not do. It would illustrate by filing on time the company is not only professionally run but also respects filing deadlines rather than being habitually late. Given nothing has likely changed it obviously shows a great lack of conviction and a great lack of respect for its shareholders who rely upon company disclosure to help them make a decision regarding their holdings.
